As Head of Client Experience & Practice Operations, Jill Bush supports operations for Podium Risk Management on behalf of Manual Amezcua, Founder & Managing Partner.

Her main goal is to create, manage and execute a five-star experience for clients and At the Podium podcast guests. In addition she is an event-planning powerhouse, orchestrating a range of events - from strategic planning meetings, client appreciation events, conferences and recognition trips.

Jill, a skilled multitasker, joined the firm as a practice coordinator in 2017 and was swiftly promoted to a management position. She became a go-to professional, managing the integration of industry-leading technology to serve clients - effectively and efficiently. Since then, Jill has mastered learning the financial services industry, technology solutions and practice management.

Jill is a graduate of Northwood University in Midland - where she earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on business marketing and management. She eagerly embraced opportunities to continue her business studies abroad, studying at the University of London, Budapest Business School and Ostfalia University in Germany.

Born and raised in St. Clair Shores, Jill enjoys spending much of her free time outdoors - camping, hiking, boating and snowboarding. She frequents her family's Houghton Lake cottage and continues to support our country's national park system, aiming to visit one new park each year.
